Guild Level actually means your Palbox level.

I want to increase my guild level, to build more bases.

If it's the Palbox level, then you go to the Palbox and hit [V] to see what it needs to level up or actually level it up. So far I only know you get a second base at about Level 10.

And PalBox level means Base level in turn. So basically step to the PalBox, if you level up enough (by doing tasks the game wants from you, those should be visible in the upper right corner), the press V and level up your Base/PalBox/Guild. Done, enjoy.

Palbox is the size of your base. Guild level is based on the number of members in your actual guild: single player your stuck at 1. multi player is where you get an actual increase in your guild size for more bases over the limit of 3 in single player. If you look at the actual Guild tab after hitting the TAB button on your keyboard, you can see member icon 1/5; menaing you can have a total of 5 players in order to unlock the next level.
Maybe a modder will make something to change this.
