PvP should be easy to implement. Here's How!
Here is my Idea for what the ideal PvP would look like in this game. Of course this is my suggestion so if you don't agree that is cool. Feel free to respond with your own ideas or suggestions on this one. I will go in to more detail on this further on in this post but in short I don't think implementing a different server type or game mode is necessary for this game to have awesome PvP. I think the PvE environment can be contained while scratching all the different PvP itches that survival players want, The following are ideas that can be implemented without creating different types of servers.

- Player to Player Battle.

This is a PvP Idea that can be implemented on PvE servers as well. The idea is simple, just the same as joining a player's guild, have an option for dueling. You can also do the same thing with the player action menu where you find the emotes. I would visualize this working where a circle is placed on the ground. Players would approach areas of the circle to sign up for the fight. Once the players are signed up and the fight begins, players can throw a pal in to the circle and the pals in the circle battle each other. This simple function allows so many different types of PvP situations. On that list would be guilds or players being able to host battle events like tournaments and dueling days. Entire bases could be set up as arenas this way. I believe this is the biggest PvP itch that I would like to see scratched. As far as PvP is concerned I would think this would be the first kind of PvP they would want to focus on to get that true monster collector feel. Who doesn't want to hide in a forest and challenge anyone that walks within line of sight?

- Player to Player Team Battle

This is much the same as the first idea but allows players to challenge or place challenge zones for team fights. The players that sign up on either team get temporary guild damage immunity to the players on their team and bing bang boom team fights. This would be a good follow up for the Player to Player battle system as it would then further the ability for guilds to safely test their mettle against each other on PvP and PvE servers without risk.

- Open PvP Zones and Objectives

Areas where there is high loot or rare pals where players can fight each other. This could technically still work on a PvE server. Just make the difference to where pals and items don't drop on PvE servers.

- Idle Fighter Dojos

This would be an area in a base much like a ranch in which a player can place a number of pals. Players then have to place x amount of gold in the Dojo for the pals inside to be able to battle. Once the gold is placed the Dojo produces a banner. Players can then challenge the pals placed in the Dojo for a chance at adding the Dojo's banner to their collection. Dojo with more banners give more experience to the pals in the Dojo. Of course this idea has alot of room for improvement but it would definitely add a risk free way to keep battles available on both PvE and PvP servers.

- On Full Loot Servers

I honestly don't think this game really needs full loot PvP. If games like ark, atlas, rust and many others have taught us anything, it is that full loot survival turns in to big guilds with hours of experience vs small groups and solos. Entire servers will be locked down and players will rage quit. Of course there is always a niche for this style of game play. Some people like it so I understand if you implement it anyway. My next idea of course gives a good middle ground for implementing base raiding without making things too chaotic.

- Raid Shrine

A raid shrine would be an object that can be placed in the base much like the Dojo idea from earlier. This ranch like shrine produces ancient tech as long as it is powered with gold. Players that have also activated raid shrines can raid other player's raid shrines to take the ancient tech the raid shrine produces. This idea can be expanded upon by making different types of raid shrines that produce different materials. Gold producing raid shrine, tech producing raid shrine, quality pal materials raid shrine and so on.

I have more ideas, but I am tired of typing. In all honesty the non disruptive PvP possibilities are endless in this kind of game. Just simply focus on Pal Battling. There are plenty of first person shooters out there. This is a perfect chance to do something different. Looking forward to hearing some other ideas.
