Repair kit bug

My pals keep grabbing repair kits, standing there doing nothing, then tossing them on the ground. I cant even figure out what they think is damaged that they need to repair. Anyone else get this bug? Ever find a way to clear it?

Same.. they spaz out picking up like 8 of them and constantly cycling through picking up and dropping all 8 of them right outside the storage. The sound is ANNOYING, I am revoking screw driver privileges from my monkeys!!

I've been having this issue for ages, across three different bases.

Now they've taken to moving all of the repair kits out of one chest, and putting into its neighboring chest.
After that's done, it's just more of the usual.
Repairing...
Transporting...
Back to normal work for a bit.
Repeat.

I think people who turn on raid all got this. Mine was the defensive walls being damaged, and for some reason, pals simply cannot repair them. So, they take repair kit, drop them and repeat. Annoying for sure. Replacing the defensive walls fixed it, for me at least.

I was having this bug even when there was no perimeter walls. I did eventually turn off raids though. Mostly because how bugged and janky the raiding system is.

I have since disabled raids because of bugs and pals not really taking defensive positions regardless.

I've gone around my defensive wall, and my base in general, but I've not been able to find anything damaged.
My pals are still doing the repair kit hokey pokey lol.

Try demolishing your perimeter walls. That might work

@Amduskas You can't see the hp nor repair structure or defensive wall I believe. I think i only managed to see the hp briefly when it is being damaged. You have to destroy and replace that structure/wall.
@Angsar Maybe it's one of the structure, like the floor foundation that is damaged.

Yeah, this was driving me ♥♥♥♥♥♥ batty. Finally I destroyed all the repair kits and decided I'll craft them as needed. Combine that with "Transporting" while they stand there for 20 seconds and do absolutely nothing, I was going out of my head, lol.

wait, repair kits are useful? and here I am just straight ignoring an in game mechanic because it hasn't been relevant to me.

I see, so this is why my repair kits keep disappearing...I would find piles of them outside my base; so i assume they carry them outside and immediately cancel task outside base zone.
