Baloney. Companies lawyer up and protect their IP even more when there's a lot of $ on the line. Especially in this case, over a quarter billion pikachu coins were generated

If you think Nintendo doesn't want to wet their beak in that money, you're wild
Does Nintendo release PC games or Pokemon or only on their hardware? We'll see if the sue. I very much doubt they will.

Nintendo only develops for their hardware. Your thinking of Capcom most likely for PC stuff.

Just don't bother with the trolls and enjoy the game. Palworld isn't going anywhere. In six months it will outsell Pokemon's latest trash game Scarlet and Violet and will still be going strong with additional content.

I bet the majority of salt is from console players because Palworld isn't releasing on Switch(I doubt Switch can even handle it.) Only on PC, Xbox, and maybe even Playstation(heard rumors of PS asking for the game to be released on their platform) Nintendo owners are throwing a hissy-fit.

'Buuuuut Nintendo.' Nintendo isn't going to do crap about it. They had over three years with the trailers to lawyer up, but nothing. Game has been out for weeks now. The only thing Nintendo wants is for pokemorons to leave them alone with their emails crying and whining about how much of a success Palworld is and how much of a failure Game Freak's pokemon happens to be.

It seems like if anything, a game like this would boost an interest in Pokemon. I would speculate that it could be beneficial financially for the Pokemon brand, even if it's by a small amount.

If they create their next game properly that is. Nintendo create their own problem. Their hardware sucks, it is too old. It is beyond amazing what the Zelda developer achieved but you cant expect the same from game freaks where back in pokemon sword and shield they dont even bother to create the pokemon animation properly. Palworld, an indie studio can create much better animation than game freak. A studio that own the biggest franchise in the world.

Nintendo's not going to sue. Not only is the game's success hardly a thorn in their side, they'd bleed money for a lawsuit they can't win, and risk themselves to a countersue where they bleed even more money.

Haha, a countersue... against Nintendo?

Made me spit out my drink, thank you

Yea that's what people said about Universal Studios back in the day.
And then Nintendo destroyed them. The law is the law buddy, Nintendo ain't above it just because they like to sue, if that made you laugh, then god bless your ignorant soul.

Although, I think it's obvious you know you're wrong at this point since all you replied with was "haha you're wrong." It's funnier to think you thought that meant something.

No because you don't need internet connection to play the game.

that is irrelevant. company can still sue the living tits out of the other company who created the software, even if it requires an internet connection or not.

I didn't say they were going anywhere. I said Nintendo's not going to sue because they have no case and would get countersued.

Or do you not understand what a countersue is and think, for some reason, that when I say countersue I mean Palworld is going to sue Nintendo for copyright violations? Because that's stupid. They'd sue Nintendo for a fraudulent copyright case against them to cover their attorney fees, and Palworld can only do that if Nintendo tries to sue.

If they didn't go after them already they won't. There's also no reason for them to actually go after them and if they wanted they could have dmca'd the game and valve would delist it, which hasn't happened.
also microsoft is involved too with it being on game pass lol no way microsoft would get involved with something thats legally liable

Youre trolling and you want to get people to look on your profil to recruit some idiots for extinction rebellion. Nothing more.

All you did is ruin your own credibility. You are not allowed to say that i’m making assumptions or telling lies anymore. Where i provided proof, you just look on my profile for a stick to hit me with.

I NEVER mentioned climate or Extinction Rebellion in all of my like 20 comments, but my goal was to get people to randomly click on my profile to recruit members for them? Haha.

The only thing i can think of is that you’ve run out of arguments about the actual topic and because of that went to my profile to make it personal, which is a huge sign of weakness.

Let’s just leave it at this. Me, my friend, you, and everyone else is happy with the outcome. It has been settled behind the scenes.

you are totally wrong there. firstly. I dont need your approve to call you lier. and you are a big one for sure. secondly your proof is "trust me bro".

you dont need to mention exctinction Rebellion to get ppl to click on your profil. With polarising posts you create an incentive to look at your profile, where ppl can see you are activ in groups like extinction Rebellion.
With that incentive alone you can work and let ppl think over their Positions on many other aspects. thats a common tactic.

I dont run out of arguments. But why should i give you more reasons if you just ignored everything else. You are deaf for every other opinion than your own. But you know i will give you a last argument:

there is a journalist that is called Jason Schreier. Everyone in the Gaming Industrie knows him. Most of the big scandals where reported by him. Delays, Scams, Allegation against big Publisher and Devs. If you want to know whats going on, ask Jason Schreier or look at Kotaku.

Did you really think, ANYONE would believe you, while the one, who finds all out, didnt even mentioned anything? The one who has the best sources in the whole Gaming industrie? You must be really desperate to think that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

You dont own the game. The game has some controversies because of butthurt pokemon fans, not a SINGLE hint about a shutdown is here, Youre an activist for extinction Rebellion. There is a allegation of using AI and we know that crypto and AI need huge amounts of energy which needed to produced. Produced by fossil energy.

Its only natural that you telling ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about something that is against your own ideology.

You dont need to hide it. It is plain obvious
