Where do you get sulfur from?

Caves/dungeons. I've also heard that desert biomes have it. Don't quote me on the desert thing but I've found it in caves/dungeons many times. It's a big yellow rock.

Best place would be the volcano area, but caves/dungeons usually have some.

I found some in the desert where the Anubis boss is. They are greenish looking ore nodes. There is also coal in that desert.
