What's the best method of arming High Grade Technical Manual?

I'm already at level 50 and I believe I got every single Hawk Statue unlocked (I could have missed a few) and I have no more Technical Points to unlock the rest of the skills from the TP Skill Tree.

Seeing as using the High Grade Technical Manual items that drop from a few Pals increase your Technical Points by 1, what is the best Pal to farm it from and where there's a lot of them so I can get better odds to get it.

Would love to be able to unlock the other saddles for the other Pals when I can.

At night I have seen Owls that walk around and they can drop the book, seems like 2/8 for me so far

The dungeons seem the best bet. Each ones I've done has dropped a +1 tech book or a +3 tech book depending on level of the dungeon.

Oh, Dungeons drop them? I've been marking the dungeons I spotted when exploring the map but never entered one except the first one I found. They were confusing to navigate so I waited until I got more resources and stronger Pals before I join them.

I recall the Owl Pal (Hoocrates), Wixen, and Katress drops them. And Anubis drops the Innovation Technical Manual which I suspect is the +3 one? Oh, and it seems like Lyleen too.

Lifmunk the chipmunk Pal doesn't drop them.

Any recommended dungeon? What coordinates so I can check them out.

maybe anyobne can give me a hint. It seems non of the pal (Hoocrates, Wixen nor Katress) has dropped a book within 50+ kills each... is this maybe a serversetting that needs to be set to enable raredrops? some of the people that are playing on the server are asking for it. any ideas?

aside, dungeons is not an option

@VirusChris: Try the Dungeons in the Snow Biome (Up North) these book will give you 3 points each ant the droprate is kinda acceptable. Just google "Palworld Map Genius" and you will find all
