I try to dodge but i have a health condition concerning my hands and the purple deer you find early on seems to pull aggro decently well , similar to a few others ...not asking for a 100% tank but to me it seems some pets will take aggro easily vs others that just wont ^^
The issue with your hands can be negated by using a better mouse & keyboard that has build in software to allow you to change hotkeys, something like Razer Synapse Macro.
The combat AI is very raw and poor, you will only be finding exploits and loopholes, there is nothing so far that can 100% keep the attention off of the player in a legit way.
There are lots of accessibility hardware options.
This isn't fun, why have pals to fight when they can't hold aggro. My pal is next to the enemy boss. I'm 100 meters away. For some reason I'm holding aggro from 100 meters away and getting shot at from 100 meters away. None of this makes any sense.
