seems to be an oversite, report it with the ingame report system under options
Get your friend back online, join him, then have him leave guild.
But the pals that were in the base before it reverted to level 1 still were gone even while both of us were in the guild together.
Also when changing the world back to single player there can't be another guild so I was hoping for the game to just give it back to me as I am the only one in that world which sadly didn't work.
Also Its a little bit confusing that there is no warning that all your stuff belongs to the guild after joining
Hilariously it caches the password from the original attempt and uses it during direct connect.
edit: Oh and never assume the game will default to or do anything. If its a change from the current state it still needs to be programmed no matter how sensible it is. Between early access and the change in engine which i assume the devs are less familiar with lots of things like this simply have not been coded in yet.
