Charcoal furnace problem.

I have a "fire kindling" pal who seems to work on the charcoal if it´s in my party and I assign it, however if I put it in the camp it won´t touch the charcoal and just wanders around. Anyone encountered this?

Yeah, no problem, it has worked before ... now it doesn´t. Could be a patch issue.

I see you don't own it on steam; gamepass? xbox?

Try restarting the game; I heard that can fix stuff. Or restarting the server if you can.

Maybe pick up the pal and throw it at the furnace?

I tried deleting the furnace and setting in an open space, it worked for like 2 minutes, then it just started wandering again .... mine is definitely bugged.

Throwing the pal does nothing, it needs to be in my party for it to work.

Sometimes pals slack off and take a break. Try adding a second kindling pokemon to pick up the slack. If they do other jobs they may also prioritise them over the work you want them to do as well

It was bugged in my game, it only happens with the fire pals for some reason. I set the furnace in my second base and it´s working fine for now. I do know they take breaks :).
