Hate to tell you this but you'll either have to buy them off a vendor OR butcher some (of your) electric Pals for it
There's a fire pal that leaves fire organs in the farm. So there probably is at least one for each organ. If not now then they'll probably be added later.
There is actually a fire Pal (Number 70, Flambelle) which drops flame organs while in the ranch building.
Not sure which one drops electric organs though.
Meh money is cheap though.... go around some of those cultist/poacher/PAL alliance camps and you'll rake up thousands within no time... add some dungeons to that and you'll end up with 10's of thousands of coins and nothing to really spend it on other than those organs...
EDIT: For the people who pointed out the fire organ ranch PAL... Guess I haven't caught that one yet and I accept I was wrong...
I believe Ice Mau might drop Ice organs, haven't tested that though. I haven't found any that do lightning yet

They're level 30, but if you have the red balls, you can easily catch them.
They're a bit between spawn and the blue snake azurobe(???) thing boss monster to the west, and if you go there, you can sell nails for like 120-180 gold each, as well as easily farm berries to sell for 4000-6000 g as well in cooked stacks if you want, or half as much raw (but without the cooking labor).
You can also find a mini ore node early on, it has 3 ore rocks compared to the 7 of the others. But it also comes with like 20 mini pallium ore nodes on the lake, easy pal fluid farming, trees, and it's easy to juggle ore mines, pal mines, fluid farms, boss catches, as well as kill the occasional mammorest for pal oil. And then sell all the goods to the merchant and farm a lot of gold. I have like 650k but i still haven't enslaved the better merchants yet, but it's been enough to craft normal handguns and use the desert for a coal farm to get ammo.
As a bonus, the shanty town is also near a sulfur cave spawn that can give all you need just a bit down the slope.
As far as gold farming goes, i found berries and ore was enough to meet demand. But if you hit the 7 ore nodes in the desert, you could still easily farm the pallium nodes from quick travel and farm the ore to make into nodes and sell. And breed Lucario anubises or the lvl 4 planter lady with like say, a Surfjet water mon and the other Flower lady mon. Not the Rose fighter lady gardevor mon, but the gardevor mon in a dress that i think had lvl 3 planting(?)
Once you do that, you can farm berries/ore or do Salads for +30% work boost.
Lucarios will chew through work orders, though their handcrafting vs mining ai is so finicky you might be better off keybinding one to your pokeball team as a fighter / craftslave.
They do have good abilities once the player's weapons outpace pal weapons from tickle dmg (handgun+ / + abundant easy ammo, aka easy sulfur / ore farm / ammunition / ammo merchant)
Before then, i hear a lot of people trash on Direhowls as a "bad mount", but they're super abundant, can get feriocious / Swift (+30% speed / +30% attack) super easily throwing balls. Star leveled up easily. And they can(??) seem to move faster even than the mons with double jumps and environment protection, but that might just be me or swift.
They also can have their moves changed to have 3 mobile moves like air blast, dragon blast, and power shots, giving you a very evasive dodger for that pre abundant gun ammo stage lvls 1-40. Then you can swap to lucario + gun as a fighter.
Alternatively. A Galewing in your team can also match the speeds + glider and save weight by making you not need a glider as well and also functioning for water as a 'water mount', just jump out, fly, repeat. It's legit kinda faster to go 3x speed 70% of the time, than 1x speed 100% of the time on some weakish water mounts.
