Power of statues are player specific

My husband and I have found a bug and we have already submited the report and it's a pretty big game changing bug that nearly made us stop playing.

Power statues are PLAYER assigned. I had put down a power statue and my husband was putting his lifmonks in it and leveling his catch power but when we moved our base and destroyed the one I had put down, he put another one down at the new base and he was at 0. When I put a statue down and he checked his status, he was at 0. All his lifmonks that he put into the statue at the old base where lost.
