Why is there no disclosure on AI use in the game?

The devs have openly said they used AI to develop the game but there's no disclosure. Why is that?

According to steam's rules games with AI generated content must have a disclosure.

Palworld has not been "confirmed" to not use AI for it's assets.

But it a statement has been made by the devs that it did not use AI for any of it's assets. Currently NO PROOF exists that it did so, the "proof" the OP tried to use was not proof at all and has been debunked in this very thread.

They seemed to have used AI for translation though. If you look at a pal when you capture it. You can see the translation text in the bottom is a little weird with a few gaps. Meaning they might have used AI for that.
(A normal human wouldn't have two spaces inbetween names of pals if they were writing a sentence though. Two spaces each time between the main text and the name of the pals)

I won't say you are objectively wrong as I don't have the proof to back it, but I do disagree with your statement.

Because there is no AI used in the game. The devs have not said this; the CEO is Pro-AI, and there has yet to be any hard evidence to prove use of generative AI to any degree. Next time show pictures, sources and citations if you want to be taken seriously. :/

It's amazing how many people are trying to downplay Palworld's success. People just can't stop looking for any excuse get this game taken off of Steam, or any illegal angle they can try and find to get Pocketpair sued by Nintendo. And while both of those aren't working, they resort to name-and-shame tactics. ("UR LITERALLY SUPPORTING SLAVERY?!?!?" - ""These little guys made an appealing game? They must be cheating.")

Even though everyone claims to be pointing these things out for moral or legal reasons, I can't help but feel that everyone who is against this game are doing simply because deep down, they can't handle the fact that an indie dev team managed to make a game that people actually want to play, compared to the AAA slop that's mostly being pushed out by Western gave studios these days.

They used AI for their Amogus clone game, they never claimed they used it for this game.

But they did though. I provided a source in the earlier response.
