So looking a this it says it Improves the efficiency of cutting trees and mining ores while mounted.. But this thing is so large than while riding i can't reach any Tree or Ore to mine thing. What's up?

Some pals seem to have attacks suitable for doing resource gathering, like that boar pal has a charge attack that's very good for mining rocks.

I know on some pals their attacks count as mining/lumbering(?), but I haven't tried it on Mammorest to test if Gaia Crusher applies to their attacks.
