How to fix lag / stuttering
I can share a universal solution for all games who has lag stutter issues.
I use an NVIDIA graphics card so it will work only for nvidia users.

First in Device manager disable in Sound video and came controllers tab: NVIDIA High Definition Audio (you dont need it)

Second open volume mixer where you can see all the program sound volumes select palworld and change Output and input devices from Default to your main sound device.

Should be it. At this moment game do not understand default devices and in all games NVIDIA High Definition Audio conflicts with video somehow and start laging all pc this is why you having insane lag issues.

Just delete your comment. Its ignorant and stupid af in a guide to help people run the game better on whatever device they have

I do, but not working for me :( have massive stutter all time ( frametime spikes )

Maybe you done something wrong. Second factor what can fix stuttering is to connect to internet via cable. Or if you stream wireless via phone just use usb tethering.

Did the same, also wired internet, still no improvement.
Whats weird it only started after 15 hours or so... 1st day all went smooth on high settings, 2nd day after 5 hours started to stutter on the paldeck screen only after 2 more hour started to have fps drops, used to be constant 60 now looking arround can make it drop anywhere fom 50 to 30...

At first thought my GPU or CPU was overheating, set all to low and nothing changed, today starded stuttering the very moment the game launched :(

I'm not even sure where to start. Device manager where? On the Nvidia control panel? I'm not seeing one there.

Lol, yeah because a "modern PC" is immune to lag right? Clown.

Assuming you're running Windows 10, click start then just type Device Manager, you should have an entry for it appear. Click that and go from there.

What lag are you talking about? In single player or when connecting to official servers? So far the game has been smooth for me playing single player. But on official servers it's terrible.

Commenting for exposure, just tried this and I'm not sure if it works or not, I'll update my comment & give an award if it works for me.

I have a 3060 Ti, Ryzen5 5600x & 32GB, the game didn't stutter for me during the intial playthrough and only had minor stutters when saving, but now that I have 3 bases & 70 hours of gameplay the game is stuttering every often it's crazy.

I also only started getting these stutters after the 0.1.4.0 patch so it might be that as well.

Used this method in combination w/ the mod that changes the autosave interfal from 30 seconds to 5 minutes and now the game stutter less, it still stuttter but it's not as crazy as it used to be.
