How to fix lag / stuttering
I can share a universal solution for all games who has lag stutter issues.
I use an NVIDIA graphics card so it will work only for nvidia users.

First in Device manager disable in Sound video and came controllers tab: NVIDIA High Definition Audio (you dont need it)

Second open volume mixer where you can see all the program sound volumes select palworld and change Output and input devices from Default to your main sound device.

Should be it. At this moment game do not understand default devices and in all games NVIDIA High Definition Audio conflicts with video somehow and start laging all pc this is why you having insane lag issues.

Maybe back to November drivers, darktide player have issues with latest driver.
Well if you're playing on your large 4K TV using a controller this won't work, unless you don't want sound. This shouldn't be an issue if you're not using an external display with it's own speaker, since it should be using the motherboard audio.

I play at 1440p 144Hz on a G-Sync compatible monitor and pretty much stay at 144fps with dips once in a while into the upper 130s. There are hitches, but it seems to be once in a while when the game uses over 10GB of VRAM and it does some memory cleanup to get back under 10GB. Early development issue that they should eventually fix in the engine.

I have a 3060ti, 5600x and 16GB ram. Every setting is epic. I have 60fps cap set in Riva tuner because my display is 60hz and get a solid 60fps with absolutely zero frametime spikes.

I'm serious, the frametime graph is flatter than a pancake. No joke

Wow so glad I found this, Totally fixed my issue. Only had to do step one even. Just disabling NVIDIA HIGH DEF AUDIO fixed my issue. I would get random spikes from solid 60 fps with vsync on down to 30 all the time randomly. Now its gone. Thank you soooo much.

System-

i5 12600k
RTX 3070 ti
32GB DDR4 3200mhz
SSD NVME Samsung 860 EVO
THANK U
What is actually wrong with Nvidia. Why does this work

I have 32gb 5600mhz ddr5 ram, i7 14700kf and rtx 4070. With all that I still have stutter issues. Not about having new stuff. It's ea and isn't properly optimized yet
