It's to the point where you can only put redundant pals on the base, so valuable pals (even if their traits are suited for base work) never get used on base because they could be gone when you come back.
Currently I'm in a small guild, just me an my wife. I play more, so we only use my pals at the base. If they were shared, or a separate shared tab, we would use that instead.
This would bring up a whole lot of implementation questions though. So if you move your pal into the shared section, could you move it back to yours? Or does it then forever remain shared? An who actually owns the shared ones? Could anyone in the guild then use them? I guess it would work like it does in ARK, where they are tribe owned.
Any information if the dev is working on something like this?
