Found amazing spot for ore build in or out?

So I found a place with like a bunch of ore to mine. Should I build a new base there with the ore inside or outside of it? I think they respawn more often if not within the base?

There are some locations which are made to be mining locations you'll notice about 6-9 minable ores in fairly close poximity, just build a base, pet beds, and food and you'll have a mining camp.

There's the spot on the other side of the bridge around the edge of the plateau where the Chillet boss is. GREAT spot for a second base to get ore. :D
