How do I use the teleporter?

I've tried everything, but nothing happens. It is not possible to use teleports, although they are on the map and activated

You need to unlock each one, you can also teleport between the base terminal and teleporters. Just walk up to the teleport and click f.

you need to walk to turret you've activated, press action button on it, and choose where u wanna fast travel to
