Pal can't take ore, why?

why pal can take wood and stone but if in my base there is some ore they ignore it? in the middle of game we need it ore and pal don't help you. I hope next upgrade pal can brake ore

Your pals need to have mining level 2 to mine ore.

Try to go to your pals that has mining and press F on them to pick them up and throw them onto the ore, if they can mine it then that should make them start, if they have too low mining you need a different pal :)

I don't think that's the case. I found a large ore deposit near Mount Obsidian and built a base there. I started mining with Cattivas (Mining 1) and they actually did mine the ore. It took them longer than Pals with Mining 2, but they did mine it.
I feel like there is an issue with Pal AI priority, but I'm sure they'll fix it in the future.

Too many chests around will confuse them too. It is better to have only one chest if you are making an ore farm

So far I noticed that the more different work skills a Pal has the less his efficiency in general will be. They will drop everything to transport some berries around for example, or making ingots or cooking food will be in their least priority. It clearly needs more tuning and a system of priority for proper management.

Dumud have level 2 mining and work decently. Now you will notice they don't really reliably pick up ore if at all. If your having problems with ore collection I highly recommend Hangyu. You find them in the desert near Anubis. They love to pick up ore and will work for you offline on a dedicated server. Happy Pallin

The easiest to acquire pal who can mine ore is probably Tombat. Shows up at like level 10-13 at night around the same area where you can find Vixy, near Zoe's tower.
