Legendary cloth armor
Never mind, Im a dumdum with only the last brain cell left to chat with.

Legendary Clothes are still overpriced imo xD

They look the same, no style change. and the effect is minimal at best regular cloth is 15 Armour 70 Hp, Legendary is a whopping 24 Armour and 112 Hp,

Yes, I see no difference between them apart from looks

huh, now i gotta check my uncommon metal helm and see if that has any worth over the base one

To add insult to injury it also takes ancient parts to repair
i had legendary hide. it was better than normal hide. it was about 10 defense and about 75 health more, which is definitely not worth the cost. i think it was less than metal armor. however, i didnt get to do much testing before i got infinite loading screen bug, but it did seem like it had much higher cold and heat resist. its only worth it if you dont have the next tier of armor unlocked, i assume this same logic will apply to all the armor upgrades.

yeah lol i will just create common metal armor instead of rare one because it takes ancient parts to repair everytime which is impossible to farm it and us for repair all the time

Never mind, double checked, and regular cloth is 15 Armour 70 Hp, Legendary is a whopping 24 Armour and 112 Hp,

Uncommon seems to be a 30% stat boost in the two things I've tried (metal armor and crossbow).

Looks like legendary is a 60% stat boost then.

That'd make me assume uncommon is 30%, rare 45%?, and legendary 60%. Very worth it for high end stuff. Beating alpha monsters or lucky monsters grants ancient parts every time so it's actually not too bad to farm, especially when you are way over their level.

Still dont quite seem worth it to me, maybe they'll look into it later

Worth it for late game armor, not so much in the early game. Metal armor I'd say is the turning point in which higher rarity armor becomes worth making/using if you know how to grind for ancient metal parts.

Ancient parts are very easy to get though.

I have the uncommon cloth armor and my bf doesn't and he dies way more often than me. So, I guess it kinda helps?
