flickering shadows
all of the shadows seem to be flickering constantly, probably due to the sun moving? is this intended? is it just me?
edit: turns out you have to use temporal anti-aliasing to make the shadows not flicker... stinky

also motion blur does not turn off even if i set it to off

Setting them to Medium helps, but I have no idea what cause it or how to fix it on higher settings. TSR didn't help me much. Just made them dithery and still flickering a bit.

UPD: Apparently that was something in my Engine.ini.
Should be here: %LocalAppData%\Pal\Saved\Config\Windows\
Likely "Stutter Fix" mod. Just delete Engine.ini and game will re-create it on the next start.

Some minor flickering remain, though. To fix this TSR or Medium shadows seem to be a requirement. :| Without TSR High-quality shadows seem to flicker more than Epic-quality.
