Extra bases
Just wondering what level does your first base need to be
to start a 2nd one and where does the game alert you to
let you do it.

Base level 10 i got a 2nd base option!

I believe it happens at base level 10, and you do that through the pal box in "quests," so just pay attention when you manually level it. The number at the bottom is your allowed bases.

Believe base level 15 unlocks the 3rd base slot.
