Paldium Fragments?

Yush, i just noticed & play little bit game but, not din't that much or far yet game to understand much yet game but, where you can harvest or got Paldium Fragments?

Paldium is the blue stuff that is either laying on the ground as single fragments or blue clumps of ore you can mine with a pickaxe

and sometimes just by mining rock you have a chance for paldium frags

They are all over the place. It is the blue sparkly rocks. Either single pieces you can just pick up or the bigger pieces you use the pickaxe on.
