Which pal has the best handiwork?
Cant seem to find pals that atleast have 2 or above handiwork, only 1. Please help thx

Lunaris, I bought from a Pal Trader. Or maybe the Black Market. Forgot which. There is a level 32 Elite in the Sea Breeze Arcipeligo spawn area, if you are leveled up enough for that.

Loupmoon has Level 2 Handiwork. Very easy to find in tons of places at night.
