Connection timed out on Bisect hosted server

I can join the server just fine using direct connect with the ip of the server but my wife can't she gets a message saying connection timed out but can join official servers? Can anyone help me figure out why this is

I know it's a dumb question but are you both playing on Steam? I know it isn't cross play if you download in for free on Xbox game pass even if it's on PC. I thought that was kind of dumb.

Having the same issue here. Trying to figure it out. I've contacted Bisect Support and am waiting on a response.

Same issue here on our Gportal server.. Worked fine all week but today no one can connect to it anymore or any hosted game. Only official

Update ur palworld server ini ; Be sure the RCON is in there , And be sure the connected IPs adress is the IPV4 in ipconfig + :8200 added to it
