Serious question about Fuack?

What the Fuack were the developers thinking when naming this Pal? Is this a typo? Is it a translation error? It's kind of hard to believe the developers would name it so crudely. I mean they could of used plenty of other names like Quack, Duack or something much cuter related to the word duck... but seriuosly Fuack? Everytime I look at my Fuack It makes me sad thinking the developers did not like this PAL and just shaming it. Is there some inside joke I'm missing here? I think Fuack deserves another chance because It's so far my favorite looking PAL. Developers seriously need to change it...

I don't want to rename my 12 Fuacks all running around my second base... and I will probably get even more. I will probably catch 100+ of them. You want me to seriously rename them all? That's too much work. Its just the fact its default name is Fuack is raising questions.

The developers are Japanese so whoever did the localizing messed around with the phrasing.

Cattiva is called 'Supanyan' in Japanese.
