Save File Missing

I sunk 10 hours into this game the first 2 days, i try to play the 3rd day and my save file is completely gone. i looked everywhere in my flles and in steam and backups the save file is completely gone and all my progress is no where to be found. i loved the game up until it ♥♥♥♥♥♥ me out of my save and wasted 10 hours of my time. dont buy until the games fixed because this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Happend To Me, got to fix it.
1.Create New World.
2.Quit to menu.
3.Open the new world folder location from the world menu.
4.Open Another window from the same path.
5.Go to the path AppData\Local\Pal\Saved\SaveGames on that window.
6.Go to the only Folder there.
7.Open the Folder that is not named the same as the new world you created but has the same files inside of that folder.
8.Go to backup.
9.Local --> go to the last modified/created folder.
10.Copy LocalData.sav into the new world folder.
11.Now go back once and go to World --> go to the last modified/created folder.
12.Copy "Players" "Level.sav" "LevelMeta.sav" into the new world folder.
13.Restart the game
Hopfully it helps, it did help me and took some time to figure out where the actual files I need are.

Thought I lost my 30 hours.

My latest backup folder was not working though, so I kept going down to the list of backups til I found one that worked.

I've been having an issue where I got my world back/all my stuff but my game crashes after about 3 minutes of gameplay and when I start back I'm in the same "last save" that I had to use to get my world back even after my game claims to have saved after I move/kill pals etc. Any idea on how to fix this? It has crashed about 6 or 7 times now even after validation of files.

don't use the last save file, use the second to last one or earlier when copy pasting from the "local" and "world" folders. this might fix it, good luck.
