Can you get Ancient Technology Points from dungeons?

If I google Ancient Technology Points, I find that you can get points in dungeons. But I don't get any points after completing the dungeon. I've tried 2 times on two different ones and both were at level 13

You get ancient parts from dungeon, but ancient points come from the World Bosses or Syndicate Towers - at least, that's where I've found them so far. I'm only level 30.

There's an item that gives 1 tech point that sometimes drops from chests at the end of a dungeon, there might be a similar one for Ancient Technology but I doubt it.

The only ways I know of to get Ancient Technology is from Tower Bosses, or the bosses that appear on your map. And it's only awarded for the first kill on each boss.
