extremely unhealthy due to neglect

What can i do against that when it says extremely unhealthy due to neglect on my base pals? i tried to pet them but that doesnt work and all of them getting weakened

you need to make them beds and a food box that is filled with food and sometimes they get stuck so they cant get food, then unstuck them by putting them in the box and back into the base working slot

Not sure if this is the case, but in my game I've had pals stuck in the ground or on a roof or clipped in something. They couldn't eat or anything. Had to pull them from the base to the box, then place again. That always fixed it for me

do they get to everything? wayfinding can be bad especially if placed on higher floors, i have the beds and the food box all on the lowest floor, sometimes my pals bug onto the roof and wont come down and then get hangry

i also have a hot tub. i mean, their sanity is always good at 100% but still i get the message "extremely unhealty due to neglect" and they get weakened

dont log out with your pals still working. they will always end up with like, every negative affliction when you log back in.

i also think the pathing is probably bad so make sure your base is extremely open, no trees or anything else just build things on the edge of the base so that pals dont get hung up on things.

If they have health afflictions, you will have to use the medicine table to make cures. The main problem is that the translation is spotty so you're just going to have to guess which medicine does what.

apparently ive heard some pals get tripped up when their bed is in a house, so id try putting their beds outside if you can if you havent already

my problem is they get a new health condition every 5 to 10 minutes with 100% san. I think it's bugged cause no way anyone can keep up curing them at that rate. you expend more resources than they gather trying to keep them healthy.
