Cannot Change Anit-Aliasing Settings (Greyed Out)

My game is stuck on TSR, the fuzzy ugly mode of anti-aliasing. The one that no one wants to look at, but devs keep adding into their games. It gives me headaches in every game I play with it on.

How do I change this setting? I have up-to-date drivers with NVIDEA gpu and AMD cpu. Modern hardware, so theres 0 performance issues.

That's the DLSS. Turn it off to change AA. My TSR is also fine with DLSS off.

Why is it greyed out?? I play at 4k and don't need it at all

Sorry, I know this thread is old but had to post the fix for the greyed out issue. Change your DLSS setting to OFF, then change your anti-aliasing setting to whatever you want. Then change DLSS back to whatever you want, then save and restart the game. TAA (Trash Always Active - lol) is just that.
