Please add a pal job assignment menu

As far as I can tell, the only way to assign pals to a specific job in the base is to pick them up and throw them at it, but this only kind of works and can be pretty finicky. I'd really like it if you could just tell pals what to do from the palbox, or at the very least pick a pal to assign to a facility while you're interacting with it.

Kind of annoying when they have multiple skills and try to juggle everything they can do.
