How to Increase pal work skills?

I've looked everywhere for answers but cant seem to find anyone thats asked this so here I am.

Is there a way to increase your pals work skills? for example if I have a pal that has lvl 1 mining how do I increase that to lvl 2 mining?

i know you can sacrifice pals of the same species into a singe pal of said species, but idk if that just increses stats or skills or what it actually does, noticed it would delete some pals so didnt go through with it at the time.

think it was like an essence condenser or something like that

There are objects you can place that increase the speed of certain skills, but as far as I know there isn't a way besides finding a better Pal.

Pals also can't evolve but can be bred together to create a 'Fusion Pal' that can only be gotten by putting the Breeder down and uh.... giving the Pals alone time.

at level 19 onwards you can craft small strutures at your base that increase individual work skills but only by 1 you cant increase it more than that even if you build additional structures.

Thanks for all the replies, shame you cant level up the work skills guess ill have to find higher mining skilled pals then for ore mining
