Can Craft Circuit Boards

I build an High Quality Workbench and i unlocked the Tech but it never appears in Menu

I made it on a production assembly machine. / Technology level28
Electricity is required. ( pal Elctric + Power Generator )

Problem is it never appears in menu to craft although i unlocked it

I've found it is in the Production Assembly, but not the Production Assembly II, or the High Quality Workbench.
