Remove Pixelation Please

Seriously How can I get in the mood to feel like im actually butchering these animals that put their trust in me to be their friends if I can't see the light fade from their eyes?
The pixelation is a bad idea, it makes me feel like im some kind of furry

I don't want to feel like im getting it on with my Pals

Please remove the pixelation or at least give me an option to remove it for myself and leave it on for anyone else that wants to feel kinky with their Pals

When I saw it happen in a couple of streams I've been watching. I came to conclusion that it's there just as a joke. With all the other dark themes the game has its the only thing that's "censored".
