FPS Optimization?

i run on 80-60 (mostly 60 if im with a friend)
changing my settings from lowest to highest there is literally no change in the fps at all. is there something else i can change to increase my performance? gpu is 1080-ti and my cpu is a ryzen 9 3900x 12core.
any help is appreciated

Lowering settings but FPS might be higher if your alone but when joining online or with someone the game might get more demanding

i think it goes a bit deeper than that. i have tried even windowed mode at the lowest resolution and its just stuck at 80. idk why it doesnt go higher than 80. i dont care too much i just want to fix it if possible or know if anyone else has this.

Maybe your computer can only handle upto 80fps in this game 60-80
