Dodging with CTRL, not being able to rebind F and B keys, and other keys being hard coded makes it feel like I am playing the game with my feet.
Until they open up for full customization of all functions, keys and buttons in the game my play time is going to be minimal.
Me and my girl just purchased yesterday and played for 6.8 hours straight! I haven't done that in a very long time with any video game. Not being able to rebind keys is seriously my only complaint with this game so far.
Haven't used it in years. Is it as simple as just launching auto hotkey and telling it that when I press my side mouse button it's the same as pressing ctrl? If that's all I gotta do I'll download that now!
Thank you!
It IS lame you have to go out of game to set that up though. No reason they can't just let you rebind everything.
I don't see anything that simple on there. I see "New Script". Does that mean I got to type out a small line of code to get it to work?
You make a script in autohotkey, in the manner of say:
RCtrl::C
RShift::Space
XButton1::LCtrl
I.e, the key you want to use :: what key in game it will be.
(XButton1 is mouse button 4)
Autohotkey has a list for what all keys and mousebuttons are called.
Thank you!
Your welcome.
its frustrating when we need our specific keybinds!
