How do I heal worker pals injuries?

I've crafted the healing stuff but I don't understand how to use it on worker pals, only on pals in my party..?

Put the worker in your party just while you heal them, then put them back.

To use healing items on base pals, open their menu by standing next to them and pressing the menu button. Then select feed. Feed them the item that will remove their injury.

Thanks, I knew there had to be a faster way then to have to manually put them into your party

What is the menu button on mouse and keyboard? I can't figure out to open their individual menu if they're not in my party.

Stand by them and look, it will say what button to press to open the pal menu. I play with controller so no help with keyboard commands.

Yes, 5 pals at most each time, which is annoying.

I just switch them out with a non injured pal from palbox.keeps costs down XD
