Where to find Wheat in game ?

Been exploring far and wide, pals are higher level than me, still have not found the wheat, I can make the mill etc

You have to buy it from a trader at a Small Settlement. Head west from the second Fast Travel statue (counting the one where the game begins as the first) and up the cliffs.

you can also grow them from the wheat plantation, the recipe requires 3 wheat seed which you can get from catching Dinossom

It can drop from chests I can't remember what color. Its either Gold or purple. I found some one one of those bandit npcs when I went through their camp. It does drop from the pal Dinosum I believe they are level 22.

I think this is the answer he was looking for. I thought I caught a Dinossom but I guess not, because I need to get that darn wheat farm started and have uncovered 25% of the map at least. lol

The Bristla also drops wheat and lettuce seeds for me.

As others mentioned, Dinossom drops wheat seeds and if you venture a little further out, Flopie drops them too. Check the Paldex for info on what items each Pal drops, helpful for when you're looking for specific items like flame organs, leather, pal fluids, etc.
