Where do I send in a support ticket?

I got disconnected from the server I play on, and upon connecting it tells me to make a new character. I need to send in a ticket for them to restore my player data.

I think official It wasnt set to mulitplayer

I bought my game through steam I followed the backup steps and that didnt work. Should I contact steam support?

Pretty sure that if the file is actually lost then there's probably nothing either Steam, I, you, or PocketPair could do about it... Backing up save files in a folder completely separate from the game is always a good idea.
