hp keeps depleting no matter what

my hp keeps dropping no matter what i do and when i die i fall to the floor but im still able to run and do everything i normally could besides using my inventory
i cant pause so ive alt f4ed like 3 times but when i load back in my hp starts dropping again and i have to get my loot and then log off before i die
this is a annoying ass bug anyone else have this happen to them?

Hey, I tried this method. Take off your shield generator and die by a campfire after spawning. It got rid of my hp drain for a bit.

This is also happening to me now. No status affects happens over and over no matter what

I have the same issue with no resolution in sight after a decent bit or testing. I'm 22 hours into my save and i really want to continue it but this makes the game nigh unplayable. i can do most things besides ride mounts, jump, and sprint so it technically can still be played even if it takes much more time. Oh also, having to relog just to access inventory.

Same with me to a T with the statement. Lol I mean you can crawl under the water no death lol but it sucks. Makes it hard to do anything important. And it seams to be happening at night. And yes I have the good armor that protects and I eat so I am full.

Someone on my server just had this problem. as it turns out, the server kept placing them on a campfire, but they didn't see that happening on their screen. i removed the camp fire, and the problem went away.

Happens to me as well, I often remove my shield when I get low and somehow that fixes it, after I just put the shield back on.

I have the same issue, I "fixed" it by boxing my clone in a house (be creative with roofs) and thus reducing the hp/s drop to the point where my passive healing out heals it. Believe me, this is the only way.

I have tried everything, it sucks that have to offer up a base location for this but it makes the game playable. During the day my hp still drops 5hp/s, but is being outhealed by passive hp/s.

EDIT: My clone is in vulcano area, when the bug happend (picking up items and mounting at same time) I was wearing heat resistance metal armor, heat resistance thermal. I am fine during the night, but once day hits, my hp DRAINS. I am playing on a friend owned server and will update if resetting does something. However i am not sure if this restarts progression.

can you explain more about boxing your clone? I don't get it. And is resetting the server work?

If you take fall damage it will go away. It happened to me and I jumped on beakon flew high up jumped off and died and it disappeared.

Restarting the server worked wonders for me. It fixed it instantly.
