20 Pal Max Base Limit
There is no reason for this. It's 15 as a base, and 20 as a max. I can see this limit for online servers, but not for those that play single player or in 1-4 player co-op hosted worlds.

What do your bases look like that you've already used up 60 Pals?

Day 2 of the game and people are already whining about the things they don't like. Go to the feedback button in the game and tell them your sad story there, you might fine someone there who can help you.

Make a suggestion to the developers.

Each player can use a summoned pal as a worker, if you summon it into the space for crafting something, and it has that ability, then it'll start standing and working there or until you leave the base.

So 60 pals at once is to few for you? The heck are you making? Enough guns to arm the entire island?

3 bases. The pal limit applies to each base separately.

I think it’s simple maths. 3 bases, 20 pals each. 3x20 = 60 working pals.

Ah, some of us don't want multiple bases though.
You can probably build 3 overlapping base so it's essentially one big base with 60 pals. Although realistically you very much want at least one ore base because of the sheer quantity of ore you are going to need.

Ah, some of you enjoy shooting yourself in the foot and then whining about it.

If you don't want to engage with the game's mechanics then that's on you.

Silly limitations is not "games mechanics".
