How to equip hip lantern?

i made a hip lantern, but have no clue how to use it

is it a pal equipment? have to have that pal if it is. check your key items in your inventory.

Hip Lantern is auto equipped to your character upon crafting.

It's not mentioned but some of the upgrades you unlock, once you acquire it, is a form of character upgrade.

Going to just post something to bring it on top because a lot of trolls are posting nonsense which push back a lot of posts that our fellow players legitimate ask for help in game and such. Until moderators start cleaning the forum from the trolling posts.

Im a bit late to this reply but it's in your character menu under the "Key Items" tab above your inventory. You can drop it from there.

No, but you can just craft it in a table and let them pick it up.
