Join using the IP on the dashboard. If you can't join file a ticket and they'll fix it. I had the same problem.

How long did it take for your ticket to get solved?

Not too long, couple hours.

Hi Sal, did you already fixed the issue? I am facing the same problem

I'm having the same problem. Subscribed for a server today and have yet to be able to use it. Can't find it either by name or by IP address. Several Stops/Starts and restarts, two reinstalls, no joy. Logged a ticket a few hours ago, haven't heard anything yet.

When you go to find your server, go to join multiplayer, and the very bottom in the middle of the screen there's a box with numbers in it. Copy YOUR server IP and paste it into the box, if you have a password make sure to click the check box to the left of the IP box. You will connect to your server. Enjoy!

If anyone affected hasn't already tried that they certainly should. I've been trying it off and on (in between stops/starts, restarts, and 2 reinstalls) since about 12PM EST with the IP address/Port shown at the top-left in Nitrado and it just results in a Connection Timeout error.

I don't know if I understood the problem correctly, today I found myself with the server that was not using resources and was inaccessible, I was going crazy trying to solve the problem, but in the end I solved it by switching from palworld to another game in the nitrado panel and when I switched back to palworld it changed the server IP and everything went back to working normally, I hope this solves all of your problems

Ps: I hope what I wrote is understandable because I'm using google translate

Yes i found the solution to this. Nitrado is garbage thats all i can say. I switched to nodecraft and their servers was smooth as hell.
