I have this sexy Lovander that just idles and does not craft or mine, even tho she has food and a bed

Is she too big and getting stuck or does she need something else to work ?

Yes she is placed in base.

I noticed my lovander acting weird, it would just stand there in some random place and drop like hundreds of stones and wood

No.

I whip them to relax their backs.

But ok I guess I need to build a fountain then.

It's probably just a bug, in the mean time I suggest manually assigning them to your bed in accordance to their description and Lv2 handiwork capabilities

Lovander is also a good miner, build a quarry and she will mine away.

Her mood: "Working conditions are not good", "Upset, and will not work"

I don't understand. I made them beds outside in the dirt, gave them basket of food next to it, and occasionally beat them to remind them who they work for. I don't understand where is the problem ? I am being so good to them

Also she does not want to eat. I did not allow her to starve to death. Work needs to be done.
