We are a group of four can't find the same server to join

So we both writing the same server name but only I able to find it while rest cant' is there a way for them to join me?

Make a co op game instead of joining a server. Sure you will only be able to play if the host is on, but if you want to play without the host. Make your own dedicated server.

We started as co op but the server was limited to 4 and 2 more friend wanted to join and could not. so instead we are looking for public server.
The thing is, no one is able to find each others search results..

If some are on Steam and some are on Xbox gamepass there's no crossplay yet
