I looked on wiki , 5 pal drops high quality oil : relaxaurus , dumud, grintale, flambelle , woolipop(easiest)

The pal I found easiest to farm was Dumud, theyre towards the north-center of the map mostly. On the beach near the desert; I'm bad at directions so I'm sorry if this isnt more helpful.

If you're wanting to invest in a musket, that general area also has the birds that drop gunpowder.

its around boss anubis area, its hot so u need heat resist outfit and cold for night time

The mammoth thingies are tanky and high level but they seem to reliably drop 5-6 oils plus tons of leather each.
