can't collect iron ingots

its odd i can't collect ingots from the furnace.

Try going around to the back of the furnace.

had this happen with one piece of armor just delete the furnace and it will drop on the ground pick it up and replace the furnace since it's 100% refunded.

not being a jerk but have you produced ingots by having a pal the does kindling? if not do this and see if it produces then try collecting. otherwise its what everyone else said above.

I figured as much (removing the furnace), as leaving the server didn’t work, but thank you for the confirmation and for saving me and my pals some time on crafting.

Happened to me with a cooking station. Had 55 salads in it and I just could not collect em. Figured I'd just destroy the cooking station and they'd drop on the ground. They didn't. I should have left and rejoined the game.

Had this happen with the advanced furnce (The first one that lets you make refined ingots as well.)

Had an Arsox working on it, Came back from another part of the island to see all 72/72 was done and couldn't grab them. Logging out, Then back in worked though and I could pick them up again.

Did this happen to you too with the same furnace/crafting task? Could be the furnace or the task itself is bugged.

This happens to me about once a 3 hour session. I just destroy the furnace and remake it.
