Please consider adding a height slider to the character customization.

I am enjoying the game a lot so far and spent about 8 hours playing it today. However I would just like to urge the developers to add a height slider to the character customization if possible. I much prefer to play as small and cute characters, and the default height just feels a bit too tall and lanky for me. I imagine there's probably a lot of people that would prefer to play as the opposite as well, with characters that are on the taller side.

Anyway this isn't really a big complaint since I know the game is early access, I just wanted to suggest this as a feature in the future :)

I'm the same, but I understand why they might be hesitant. A height slider would create a lot of animation issues such as riding Pals, and interacting with objects

True, I really hope they can find some middle ground though

Honestly, we need a LOT more sliders than just that. The 3 as is just lead to characters looking janky as hell.

The animations for riding pals are jank as hell anyway, plus you can make a super fat character anyway that clips into themselves so i doubt that is the problem.
