Where do you find Wheat Seeds?

Trying to make a Wheat Plantation and I need 3 Wheat Seeds, but I have no clue where to find these.

I finished all Tutorial Missions and I got further in the middle, but I haven't seen anything that drops Wheat or Wheat Seeds yet.

Where do I search?

Well I DID see him near a Small Settlement. I'll go there to look.

I explored quite a bit in about 5 hours and only found 1. No clue where I got it from. Otherwise I saw a merchant in a small shanty town selling some.

Yup.

Small Settlement village has the Merchant that sells it. 100 Gold for Wheat and I think the same or 200 Gold.

Luckily I found many chests throughout my adventures and I dealt with two Raids so I had over 3000 Gold to buy the items I needed.
