Is it just me or does motion blur turn off not work?

Same with a few other settings sometimes. they sometimes seem like they don't respond to changes. might just be me...

so from another post I read that you can work around it with to the engine file in the game files. if that helps. really wish game devs stop including motion blur its sooo annoying

They said to just put it at the bottom but you can find the post for yourself prob easily if you need more info. leave a blank too I guess.
